Generally Unwell
If you have respiratory symptoms or loss of taste/smell, we recommend you call Healthline or your GP
Very high-risk category for COVID
COVID positive or identified as a household contact and advised to self-isolate
If you are unable to attend, please call the clinic and we can re-book your appointment for a future date.
Please bring a towel to the consultation for your personal use. On entering the clinic:
Please do not enter the clinic until the time of your appointment. If you are early, we ask that you please wait in your car or outside until your appointment time.
If you need to arrive early due to mobility or transport issues, please let us know.
Sanitise your hands on entry.
MASK use in communal areas is MANDATORY, please use a surgical mask.
If you have a mask exemption, please show it to reception and minimise time in communal areas such as reception.
Please come to your appointment alone if possible. If you would like a chaperone, then
please make sure they are aware of this policy and agree to adhere to it. Babies are welcome. However, it is not possible to accommodate toddlers and older children.
All payments can be done remotely via internet banking, please put your name as a reference.
