NZ Protection Framework Policy We are currently in orange under the traffic light system. Due to free movement around the country, we are operating as if there is community transmission of COVID. Please adhere to the following protocol: 1) Scan in or sign in and sanitise your hands on entry. 2)MASK use in communal areas is MANDATORY a. If you have a mask exemption, we need to sight it and we ask that you please arrive at the time of your appointment to avoid waiting in reception or wait outside. This is for the safety of our staff and other clients, many of whom are at risk of severe effects from COVID. b. If you have a mask exemption, please leave directly after your appointment, follow-up bookings will be done in the room with Bernadette and payments done online. 3) We will ask your vaccination status purely to allow us to prepare our health and safety procedures. If you have a vaccine pass please show reception. 4) Please come to your appointment alone if possible. If you would like a chaperone, then please make sure they are aware of this policy and agree to adhere to it. Babies are welcome. However, it is not possible to accommodate toddlers and older children. 5) Telehealth consultations can be arranged where necessary. 6) Please do not attend the clinic if you are:
• Generally Unwell
• If you have respiratory symptoms or loss of taste/smell, we recommend you call Healthline
• High risk category for COVID
• COVID positive or potential close contact with a positive case
• Have been to a location of interest
• Returned from overseas within the last 14days
7) Please bring a towel to the consultation for your personal use.
